These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Platform, describe the rights and obligations between you (“you,” “your,” “User”) and dailylo (“we,” “our,” “us”), and set out the legal framework under which we operate.
Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to create an account and place orders. Users aged fourteen (14) to seventeen (17) may browse the Platform, but may only place orders under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
Product Descriptions and Pricing
All garments—be they casual wear, formal attire, ethnic sets, or festive collections—are described and priced in Indian Rupees (INR) on the Platform. We strive to ensure that each product listing includes accurate descriptions, size charts, fabric details, and actual-use images. However, slight variations in color or pattern may appear due to screen settings or photography conditions. Dailylo reserves the right to correct any errors in product information or pricing and to cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices.
Ordering and Payment
Once you place an order and complete payment (or select Cash on Delivery where available), you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the garment and send you a shipping notification. We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, and leading digital wallets. By submitting payment information, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen method.
Shipping and Delivery
Dailylo ships across India through vetted logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines—displayed at checkout—are approximate and may be affected by stock availability, geographic location, or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions. You will receive tracking details upon dispatch. If you provide incorrect address details, any additional charges for re-delivery will be charged to you.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We understand that online garment shopping carries sizing and style risks, so we offer a seven (7)-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels attached. You may request an exchange for a different size or a refund if you received a defective or incorrect item. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method or as Site credit within seven (7) working days of receipt and inspection. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 10-12 business days for any cancellations. Please note that undergarments, custom-embroidered pieces, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective.
Promotions and Discounts
Occasionally, we may offer promotional codes, seasonal sales, or loyalty rewards. Each offer will carry its own terms, including minimum order values, expiry dates, and product applicability. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated and are subject to cancellation or modification at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform—including logos, text, graphics, images, and design elements—is the intellectual property of Dailylo or its licensors. You may not reproduce, adapt, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content without prior written consent.
User Conduct and Compliance
You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and not to infringe any third-party rights. Misuse of the Platform (including fraudulent returns, unauthorized access, or posting unlawful content) may result in account suspension or termination, and, where appropriate, legal action.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dailylo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased. Our total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant garment. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims resulting from your breach of these Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease immediately.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bally, Durgapur, India.
