Exchange Requests To qualify for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in intact packaging, with proof of purchase. Start an exchange request by emailing info@dailylo.in , and follow the steps below for a smooth exchange process.
Exchange Process
Documentation: Send four clear photos (all sides) and a short video of the item to info@dailylo.in for a quality inspection.
Replacement Product Selection: Indicate the product you’d like in exchange, which should be of equal or greater value. Any price difference will need to be settled before the dispatch of the replacement.
Approval Confirmation: Dispatch the original item only after receiving confirmation of approval for the exchange.
Shipping Details: Once approved, ship the item via courier to the address provided by our team, ideally reusing the original packaging box.
