Shipping Rates and Processing
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and the shipping method you select. Orders placed before Noon IST (Indian Standard Time) typically ship on the same business day, while those placed after this time will ship the following business day.
Shipping Availability
Currently, Dailylo only ships within India. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
For items marked as “In Stock”, sellers will provide an estimated delivery time based on your location’s pincode—typically 2–3, 4–5, or 4–6 business days in areas with standard delivery service.
In regions without standard delivery, orders will be shipped via Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service, which may take 1–2 weeks, depending on your location.
Order Inspection and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received an incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@dailylo.in, so we can assess the issue and provide a solution. To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Returns
To initiate a return, please reach out to info@dailylo.in . If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including perishable and personal care goods. Custom or personalized items, as well as sale items or gift cards, are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Exchanges and Refunds
To exchange an item, return the original item as described above, and place a new order for the desired item. For refunds, once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
